Rates and Conditions

Rates are based on a ten (10) hour day unless specified differently beforehand. 

A certificate naming PLP Coach Inc. as additionally insured is required before sevices can be rendered. 

Any and all cancellations MUST be made not less than 24 hrs. prior to call time to avoid cancellation fee in the amount of one (1) full day rate.

PLP Coach Inc. accepts Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover. A three (3) percent surcharge will be added to all credit card transactions

Motorhome Rental....$625.00 per day
Overtime.................. $75.00 per hour
Sanitation................ $25.00 per occurrence
Fuel/ Generator........$8.00 per hour
Hi Speed Wi-Fi.........$50.00 per day (flat rate)
Copier..................... $35.00 per day (flat rate)
Fax...........................$25.00 per day (flat rate) + $1.00 per page
Copier/ Fax Combo..$50.00 per day (flat rate) + .25  per page
Beach Cart.............. $10.00 per day (flat rate)

All checks are payable to: PLP Coach Inc. and are due upon completion of rental unless specified differently beforehand.
